Big disappointment about the parking lot, they sell more parking spaces than they have.

The hotel is in a good location, it is modern, friendly staff.

Problem with parking, we paid for parking for two days, but on the second day we no longer had parking.

The hotel in itself is very pleasant, located right at the train station.

Located right at the train station, about 20 minutes walk from the city center. Modern, new and clean hotel.

The area around the train station did not feel totally safe, specially at night. Would not recommend for a lady travelling alone.

Rooms were clean and the location was easy to access. The bar on the 14th floor was very nice

Great place to stay when visiting Salzburg

The hotel was literally next to Salzburg train station and shopping and Forum 1 shopping area. Only 15 minutes walk to the Mirabel Garden and to city centre. Only 25 minutes walk to the old city.

There was no kettle in room to boil water.

Modern hotel, situated right by the main station was easy walking distance to the Mirabelle gardens Great views and fabulous breakfast

the Extended Studo room - medium level was amazing!

great location, we booked an Extended studio room and we were very happy with our choice. we had close to a 180 degree view from every corner of the room. the room had good natural light and was quite large 33m2 the mini bar was included in a price which was such a pleasant surprise, and they topped it up every day as well the room has wireless charging too the hotel 3-5 minutes walk from the station. and maybe a 15-20 walk to all the main attractions in the city. we managed to do most of our site-seeing by foot from the hotel with our 6 year old if we visit Salzburg, we will most certainly stay here

breakfast was alright, would have been nicer if they heated the croissants so that it would have been nice,warm and crispy. i dont think room service actually vaccume the room, we were there for a week and didn’t feel like they did Do keep in mind that the shower does not have a door and its an shower, just be mindful of it, i wished they at least had a curtain

Modern room, free mini fridge and good location. Also enjoyed the bar on the top floor with 360 views

No kettle in the room for coffee or tea, didn’t try the breakfast as it was 23 euros which seemed a lot.

Pleasant and comfortable accommodation.

Modern and comfortable facility in a good location and only a few minutes from Salzburg train station and several good shopping areas. Breakfast was great. I upgraded the room to a one with the Alp's view which was fabulous and worth it. The minibar is re-stocked every day as part of the rate which is generous and I haven't seen in other places.

Water kettle is provided upon request only with a deposit which I find it strange and unnecessary. It shouldn't be a big deal to provide a kettle with complementary tea and coffee.

The stay was lovely, but very dodgy charges.

Lovely place … the car and breakfast place were so so lovely. Close to the station.

I pre booked and paid for 2 rooms for my sister and I through bookings.com When we arrived she used her card to pay for city tax by tapping her account. On the last day when we left they charged her room 304 euro for the same room I pre booked and paid for. The staff at reception could not explain. They were telling us about not having had a card to charge ? Which makes no sense because I had already paid through bookings.com I wrote them an email. They have acknowledged their mistake , and promised to refund it. Until this day, 5 days later . We are yet to see a refund. This has made our holiday hard, because we were meant to use that money for our next destination. Also how do you just charge someone and take money from their account without approval, all she did was use her card to pay for the city tax. Very dodgy !!!

Nice hotel, great breakfast, be ready to walk or take mass transit

Breakfast was great, room had plenty of space, lounge has a great view at night

Hotel is located slightly off the beaten path, approx a 15-20 min walk to the main tourist area. Parking was a little bit of a pain as there is no direct exit from the parking garage, and a ticket is needed to drive thru another section of the parking garage to exit
